Shipping Protection Terms
By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, you receive coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Filing a Claim
- All claims must be submitted within 10 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation date.
- Claims submitted after the 10-day window may be denied.
2. What Is Covered
Shipping Protection covers the following situations:
- Lost Packages: The package shows no movement or tracking updates for a reasonable period as determined by the carrier.
- Not Delivered Packages: The carrier marks the order as delivered, but the package is not received.
- Damaged Items: Items arrive physically damaged.
3. What Is Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages returned to sender due to customer unavailability or refusal
- Delays caused by the carrier
4. Claim Requirements
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Order number
- Email on the order
- Photos of damaged items and packaging (for damage claims)
- Any additional information requested to verify the claim
5. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Replacement item(s) - (when available)
- A refund, at our discretion
6. Carrier Investigations
We may require you to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation. Claims will only be approved once we can confirm the issue based on evidence provided by you and/or the shipping carrier.
7. Non-Refundable Purchase
Shipping Protection is a non-refundable service and cannot be removed or refunded after an order is placed.
